India and Watercolor Ink. I haven't work with the ink medium since my art school days, so wanted to get back to it.
"Never stop exploring! Even going back to the old, you might find some new."
One advantage of going to Art school is you get to experiment with many mediums and formats of art. Ink and Japanese Sumi-e painting technique has always been my interest.
I have tried black India ink before, but never watercolor ink. I have to say I love the brightness and transparency of the watercolor ink. Here my quick sketch and ink wash painting. I'm using Higgin black ink, Brea Reese water color ink and Sakura micron pen.
